Shipping & Handling

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent. Keishorne Scott LLC is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address or lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

All orders are shipped weekly via USPS. Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process.

US Shipping:  All orders in the US take 2 to 3 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time and holidays. So, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery to arrive. If you still have not receive your purchase after 10 business days please notify us at info@keishornescott.com

Returns: No Returns Will Be Accepted! Please be sure you are confident in your purchase. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen goods once the product is in the hands of USPS. All of our packages are handled with care and leaves the factory in perfect condition.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed.  This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days (ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19). Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
